The truth is, because the sale of a structured settlement needs court approval, there’s really nothing quick about it. Unfortunately, the courts run on their own schedule, not that of a structured settlement company’s. Don’t let these companies scare you away from selling your structured settlement. The number of honest settlement companies far outweighs the dishonest ones.
