Please Call First

No matter who you find on the web that you’re considering selling your structured settlement rights to, be sure to call first before giving out any of your personal information. Can’t find a number anywhere on their website? If not, that should be a red flag.

Any legitimate structured settlement company that wants to build its clientele base will do whatever it can to prove itself reputable and honest, especially if they’re doing business on the Internet. Knowing how many scam artists there are operating in cyberspace, a legitimate company should provide a phone number as an alternative means of making contact with you. At the very least they shouldn’t ask for personal information before making human contact with you.
